海昌海洋公園(2255.HK)午後一度升超37%,最高觸及0.59港元。消息面上,隨着年末消費旺季的到來,各地陸續啟動新一輪消費券發放活動,激發市場活力,提振消費信心。其中,鄭州市近期宣佈,將分三期發放文商消費券,覆蓋餐飲、零售、住宿、電影等消費場景。第一期消費券將於12月1日10:00啟動發放,使用期限為12月1日10:00至9日24:00,本期共計發放消費券1800萬元。此外,海昌海洋公園上月發佈公吿,該公司已於近日就潛在融資事項與一家產業基金訂立無法律約束力示意性條款清單,約定該基金擬認購公司發行的可轉換債券1億美元,所得資金用途為一般性公司資本開支和流動資金,轉股溢價率較停牌前收市價有較高溢價。
