同道獵聘(06100.HK)前三季度純利同比增長136.6%，用户活躍度持續增長，AI應用助力拓展市場
格隆匯11月29日丨同道獵聘(06100.HK)公佈，截至2024年9月30日止九個月，期內主要來自向公司的企業客户提供人才獲取及其他人力資源服務以及向個人用户提供人才發展服務的收益為人民幣15.1億元，毛利為人民幣11.77億元，純利為人民幣1.26億元，同比增加136.6%；公司權益股東應占純利為人民幣9130萬元，同比增加126.6%。
截至2024年9月30日，註冊個人用户已達到1.034億人，同比增長12.2%，同時，用户活躍度仍持續增長，三季度平均月活用户數同比增長11.5%。三季度，基於招聘市場供小於需的現狀，公司在控制投放預算的基礎上繼續加強獲客渠道的精細化運營，優化預算分配規則，提升平台獲客效率。同時，持續借助產品功能的創新和召回策略的升級優化，公司繼續注重優質存量人才庫的盤活，為平台的持續發展與用户滿意度提升奠定基礎。於該年度第三季度及前九個月，向個人用户提供人才發展服務所得收益分別為人民幣7680萬元及人民幣2.372億元，同比分別增長23.7%和34.7%。其中，在線職業資格培訓業務在今年保持良好的增長，對獵聘整體人才發展服務的收入起到帶動作用。
三季度，該業務着重拓展了直播、信息流等渠道流量，增加產品的曝光度，同時通過AI輔助銷售，實現電銷端的降本增效；另外，該業務上線了多品類心理諮詢課程，通過更豐富的產品矩陣提升續報轉化率，增加交叉復購。在當前中高端招聘整體低迷的背景下，公司圍繞「幫助職場人更成功」的集團使命，以在線職業資格培訓業務為職場人拓展更加多元發展的可能。
