香港中華煤氣(0003.HK)與佛燃能源簽訂綠色甲醇業務戰略合作協議 年產百萬噸綠色燃料
2024年11月25日，香港中華煤氣(0003.HK)與佛燃能源集團股份有限公司(以下簡稱"佛燃能源")於今天簽署《綠色燃料及化工項目合作框架協議》。香港中華煤氣與佛燃能源將共同設立投資平台，推進綠色經濟發展。
有關協議在中共中央政治局委員、廣東省委書記黃坤明、香港特別行政區行政長官李家超、中央政府駐港聯絡辦主任鄭雁雄及香港中華煤氣主席李家傑博士等嘉賓見證下，於"粵港深化經貿投資合作交流會"上籤訂。
根據《合作框架協議》，雙方初步計劃通過不同方式融資 100 億元人民幣，在全國包括內蒙古、大灣區、海南、福建等地建設綠色甲醇生產基地，發展年產量達 100 萬噸的綠色燃料及化工供應池。
香港中華煤氣營運總裁—綠色燃料及化工岑文輝表示："香港中華煤氣於能源行業已擁有 160 多年經驗，近年積極發展綠色能源，包括綠色甲醇、氫能等，是次戰略合作將就綠色甲醇的生產、營運及技術支援等層面發揮優勢，與佛燃能源共同構建綠色能源供應及產業鏈，為航運業及化工業提供更多綠色燃料及化工產品，協助行業加快低碳轉型的步伐。"
佛燃能源董事長尹祥指，這次戰略合作將開啟雙方合作歷程的新篇章，"兩家公司的戰略合作，以綠色甲醇項目投資為切入點，標誌着佛燃能源與香港中華煤氣共同步入了全新的發展階段，佛燃能源亦正式加入綠色燃料及化工產業，雙方合作助力國家實現雙碳目標。"
香港中華煤氣具有綠色甲醇項目投資及營運經驗，位於內蒙古鄂爾多斯市的綠色甲醇項目自 2022 年起已連續 3 年取得歐盟 ISCC EU 及 ISCC PLUS 國際認證，是內地首間獲得此兩項國際認證綠色甲醇、並具規模生產綠色甲醇的企業。過去兩年，香港中華煤氣已向海外客户交付獲 ISCC EU 及 ISCC PLUS認證的綠色甲醇，而內蒙古綠色甲醇生產廠房 2025 年產量將可達 15 萬噸，供航運業及化工行業使用。
是次合作雙方將充分發揮各自在綠色能源、能源化工、氫能、供應鏈，以及投資建設、技術支援、產品認證、市場運作等方面的優勢，強強聯手，資源共享，共同推進綠色能源革命及產業低碳升級，加速發展綠色新質生產力。
