泛海集團(00129.HK)預期中期股東應占虧損3.5億至4.2億港元
格隆匯11月20日丨泛海集團(00129.HK)公吿,集團預期截至2024年9月30日止六個月股東應占虧損350,000,000港元至420,000,000港元,相較2023年相應期間所錄得916,000,000港元的虧損。
該變動主要原因來自(i)房地產開發項目的溢利確認增加;及(ii)財務資產投資的預期信貸虧損減少;部分虧損的減幅因(i)投資物業的重估虧損與去年同期的重估收益相抵;及(ii)財務投資利息收入下降而減少。
