久立特材(002318.SZ):收到不超2億元的《貸款承諾書》
格隆匯11月14日丨久立特材(002318.SZ)公佈,近日,根據中國人民銀行、金融監管總局、中國證監會發布的《關於設立股票回購增持再貸款有關事宜的通知》,經公司與中國建設銀行股份有限公司湖州分行(簡稱“建行湖州分行”)協商一致,建行湖州分行出具了《中國建設銀行貸款承諾書》,同意為公司提供股票回購專項貸款,貸款金額不超過20,000萬元(人民幣),貸款期限1年。除上述貸款外,本次回購的其餘資金為公司自有資金。
