一週暴升29%！特斯拉市值重回萬億美元，馬斯克穩坐首富之位
當地時間11月8日，電動汽車製造商特斯拉強勁反彈，收盤大升逾8%，助推公司總市值重新突破萬億美元大關，為2022年以來首次。當日成交額644.53億美元，穩居美股成交額榜首；本週公司股價的升幅更是超過了29%。
投資者認為，特朗普重返白宮，可能使特斯拉受益。而馬斯克也在之前表示，他將利用自己在特朗普政府中的影響力，建立自動駕駛汽車的聯邦審批程序。
市值重回萬億美元
得益於特朗普贏得2024年美國大選的影響，特斯拉連續第三個交易日上升，美國時間週五收升8.19%，市值再度突破萬億美元大關。
福布斯富豪榜數據顯示，特斯拉的大升使得公司創始人兼CEO馬斯克的身家暴升，總資產達到3040億美元，遠超位列全球富豪榜第二位的拉里·埃裏森，成為新一任世界首富。
拉長時間週期看，特斯拉股價年內已升超29%；而今年4月低谷時期，特斯拉股價一度較去年年底收盤點位累計暴跌超44%。
Wedbush證券分析師、特斯拉大多頭Dan Ives本週表示，特朗普獲勝的最大受益人將是特斯拉和馬斯克。特朗普政府上台後，特斯拉和其他公司可能面臨更少的監管。
特朗普此前曾説，可能會取消7500美元的聯邦電動汽車税收抵免。從歷史上看，這些抵免有助於推動電動汽車的銷售。
今年8月特朗普表示：“我支持電動汽車”。
我必須這麼做，因為埃隆非常支持我。
第三季度電話會議中，馬斯克透露，他將利用與特朗普政府的影響力來建立“聯邦自動駕駛車輛審批流程”。
目前，各州各自審批，而馬斯克也認為這是特斯拉需要克服的一項監管障礙，尤其是在公司最終推出超越部分自動駕駛系統的技術後。
此外，馬斯克或將在即將到來的特朗普政府中扮演重要角色。
起初特朗普在競選時提出將設立新部門“政府效率委員會”（Department of Government Efficiency）。8月3日馬斯克透露，他和特朗普討論過成立DOGE的事宜，並表示有興趣加入其中。
8月19日，馬斯克發佈了一張人工智能生成的圖片，顯示他站在一個標有DOGE的講台上，並配文説“我願意效勞”。
獲“汽車隱私保護”標識
11月8日，在中汽協主辦的2024中國汽車軟件大會上，特斯拉獲得了中汽協發佈的“汽車隱私保護”標識授權，成為首批通過測評的車企，同時也是唯一入選的外資品牌。
根據通報，特斯拉符合汽車數據安全合規要求。這也意味着，特斯拉在上海超級工廠生產的車型符合國家相關標準，包括車外人臉信息等匿名化處理、默認不收集座艙數據、座艙數據車內處理、處理個人信息顯著吿知四項合規要求。
據悉，特斯拉在2021年就在上海建立數據中心，實現本地化存儲，還引入第三方機構對公司信息安全管理制度進行審核。
業內人士指出，將來更多特斯拉及智能車車主可以更加放心購買、使用符合相關安全要求的品牌。
根據此前媒體報道，中國政府支持特斯拉在遵循現有法律法規的前提下，先行先試部分 FSD（全自動駕駛系統）功能，但FSD入華尚未得到監管部門批准，相關評估工作還在進行中。
9月5日，特斯拉AI團隊的賬户@Tesla_AI在社交媒體平台X上表示，特斯拉計劃在2025年第一季度在中國市場推出FSD，前提是獲得監管機構的批准。
早前，馬斯克向相關部門提議，希望能夠直接獲取部分非敏感性的視頻數據，以便用於訓練其自動駕駛系統；並主動建議可以有專門的政府團隊來對這些視頻數據進行全面評估，以確保數據安全性。
