大行評級|里昂:維持美高梅中國“跑贏大市”評級 指澳門的翻新影響可控
里昂發表報吿,稱美高梅中國第三季物業EBITDA按季下跌19%至19.84億港元,較市場預期以及該行預期低出2%至3%。雖然美高梅中國的市佔率按季下降並不令人意外,但利潤率卻低於該行預期。里昂稱,由於澳門美高梅的翻新工作將直至明年中,預計美高梅中國的利潤率增長空間將受到限制,但經瞭解後認為翻新所帶來的影響應該是可控;預計到明年底,美高梅中國的總房間及套房數量將增加25%。因此,該行維持美高梅中國“跑贏大市”評級。
