大行評級|花旗:上調金沙中國目標價至26.3港元 繼續列為澳門博彩行業首選股之一
花旗發表研報指,儘管受到倫敦人酒店翻修工程的影響,但金沙中國第三季EBITDA仍按季增長4%,超出市場預期,憧憬倫敦人酒店明年第二季前可逐步重新開放,可推動EBITDA復甦。該行認為,雖然亞洲區內零售銷售仍然疲弱,但金沙中國管理層對澳門的博彩需求韌性有信心,又透露2025財年有可能恢復派息。
花旗目前預測金沙中國2025財年每股將派息0.75港元,即全年股息回報率達約4%,因應最新經營狀況,將目標價從25.8港元上調至26.3港元,繼續列金沙中國為澳門博彩行業首選股之一,評級“買入”。
