格隆匯10月14日丨 中國能源建設(03996.HK)公吿,中國能源建設股份有限公司(以下簡稱公司)於2024年10月14日收到控股股東中國能源建設集團有限公司(以下簡稱中國能建集團)通知,中國能建集團擬自公吿披露日起6個月內通過上海證券交易所繫統以集中競價交易方式增持公司A股股份,增持總金額不低於人民幣3億元,不超過人民幣5億元(以下簡稱本次增持計劃)。
本次增持計劃可能存在因資本市場情況發生變化或目前尚無法預判的其他風險因素導致增持計劃的實施無法達到預期的風險。
