資金動向 | 北水狂買港股超121億港元，加倉阿里巴巴、建設銀行
10月14日，南向資金淨買入121.7億港元。
阿里巴巴、建設銀行、安踏體育分別獲淨買入15.46億港元、6.93億港元、4.77億港元；騰訊控股、快手-W 、中國海洋石油分別遭淨賣出7.75億港元、6.15億港元、4.45億港元。

阿里巴巴今日跌0.57%。
海通國際發佈研究報吿，料阿里巴巴截至9月的季度總收入按年升6.5%至2,395億元，符合市場預期；雲業務及阿里國際數字商業集團(AIDC)增長符合預期，料AIDC在第三季錄得按年28.5%增長；而與微信合作將為阿里巴巴帶來新用户。該行維持阿里“跑贏大市”評級，目標價為130美元，指公司作為內地行業代理人將會短期錄得資金流入。
建設銀行今日升2.33%。
消息面上，工商銀行、農業銀行、中國銀行、建設銀行、交通銀行、郵儲銀行六大行宣佈將對存量個人房貸利率進行批量調整。根據細則，符合條件的存量房貸，六大行將於10月25日統一批量調整，無需客户申請。對於存量固定利率和基準利率的貸款調整則需先申請轉為浮動利率再進行調整。
具體而言，北京、上海、深圳等地區利率高於LPR-30BP的首套房貸和其他地區利率高於LPR-30BP的全部存量房貸統一調整至LPR-30BP。北京、上海、深圳等地區二套房貸利率高於相應政策下限的統一調整至當地相應政策下限。
中芯國際今日升4.51%。
招商證券指出，在過於亢奮的情緒迴歸理性後，市場有望沿着三季報及年報業績邊際改善的方向，政策發力的方向，產業趨勢演進的方向繼續尋找機會：可以關注電子、通信等預計三季報業績有邊際改善動力的行業和方向。
安踏體育今日跌8.69%。
花旗指出，安踏第二財季銷售表現遜預期後，管理層在8月底下調今年指引。不過，安踏旗下Fila第三財季的銷售未達標，促使管理層撤回其全年收入指引。該行認為，這突顯Fila的結構性下滑。考慮到Nike主導的行業去庫存行動，預計Fila下半年的營業利潤或會下降，而第四季的渠道庫存風險亦在上升。
