浙江東方(600120.SH)：擬出資收購杭州聯合銀行不超過3.94%股份
格隆匯10月11日丨浙江東方(600120.SH)公佈，為進一步補充核心金融資源，構建全面的金融板塊生態圈，提升核心競爭力和整體實力，公司擬於2024年12月31日之前以自有資金按照不高於符合國資監管的評估結果，出資收購杭州聯合銀行不超過3.94%股份，收購方式包括但不限於公開拍賣、協議轉讓等。
杭州聯合銀行創立於2005年6月3日，由杭州市區農村信用社聯合社及轄屬23家信用社整體改製為農合行，2011年由農合行改製為農商行。杭州聯合銀行無實控人，法定代表人張海林，統一社會信用代碼為91330000142927960N，註冊資本21.80億元，註冊地址為浙江省杭州市上城區建國中路99號。截至2023年末，杭州聯合銀行總股本為2,180,462,966股，其中企業法人股東84户，持股比例合計64.06%；自然人股東3,499户，持股比例合計35.94%。杭州聯合銀行非失信被執行人。
