強泰環保(01395.HK)附屬公司擴建污水處理項目 提升如皋工業污水處理能力
格隆匯10月9日丨強泰環保(01395.HK)發佈公吿，2024年9月29日，如皋經濟技術開發區管委會與恒發水務(為公司的間接全資附屬公司)訂立設施擴建與提標改造協議，據此(其中包括)，恒發水務及如皋恒發(為公司的間接全資附屬公司)將按照協議所載條款及條件分別投資及進行擴建與提標改造項目。
根據披露，如皋經濟技術開發區管委會與恒發水務分別於2003年及2009年訂立協議，內容有關如皋經濟技術開發區管委會向如皋恒發授出若干經營特許權，以於特許權期限內按“建設－經營－轉讓”(“BOT”)模式投資、設計、建造、經營及保養如皋恒發設施一期及二期。
根據設施擴建與提標改造協議，訂約方目前無意因擴建與提標改造項目而更改有關如皋恒發設施的現有BOT模式、特許權期限或水費金額。該項目為擴建現有如皋恒發設施，以將其工業污水處理能力由每日40,000噸提升至50,000噸，每日增加10,000噸。提標改造－於擴建與提標改造項目竣工後，除將工業污水總處理能力提升至每日50,000噸外，所有出水提標至《江蘇省地方標準城鎮污水處理廠污染物排放標準》(DB32/4440-2022)的C標準。上述擴建及提標改造工程將於擴建與提標改造項目期間同時進行。
公吿表示，集團擬通過訂立設施擴建與提標改造協議，將其污水處理業務與隨着如皋的發展提高當地污水處理能力的目標保持一致。擴建與提標改造項目完成後，經升級如皋恒發設施將使集團自收取額外污水處理費中產生更多收入。因此，設施擴建與提標改造協議有利於如皋恒發設施的持續經營，亦有利集團持續擴展業務。
