K11文化藝術區Victoria Dockside開啟高端奢侈品零售新時代。多家國際頂級奢侈品品牌將於文化零售地標K11 MUSEA 啟動擴租及升級。未來四年,包括Audemars Piguet、Balenciaga、Brunello Cucinelli、Loewe、Saint Laurent和Van Cleef & Arpels在內的品牌將對其在K11 MUSEA的店面進行全面升級加碼,連同即將進駐館內的Prada,該7大品牌店鋪總面積將擴大一倍,達近3000平方米。K11集團高級執行副總裁張之傑表示:“我們很高興能見證多家奢侈品品牌於K11 MUSEA擴大業務版圖。這證明了品牌在館內門店業績及銷售強勁,同時,也體現了我們致力以‘文化商圈’模式為K11文化藝術區的顧客和合作夥伴創造價值的承諾。”K11 MUSEA憑藉其優越的地理位置,帶動訪客銷售額及客流量穩步增長。K11所獨有的“文化商圈”模式也為內地業務帶來穩健增長:廣州K11第二輪品牌升級進入尾聲,將陸續引入諸多國際知名品牌的廣州首店及海內外設計師品牌及潮流品牌進駐,提升大灣區文化商業新格局。而大灣區首個K11 Select也於近日正式亮相;廣州K11 Select將於2025年開幕,打造一個融合在地文化與現代商業的生活體驗場。
