格隆匯9月17日丨L'OCCITANE(00973.HK)發佈公吿,公司已獲吿知公司執行董事Laurent Marteau先生已辭任其董事會成員職位及公司行政職位。在Marteau先生辭任的同時,Marteau先生亦辭任公司行政總裁。
在此期間,董事會已設立集團行政總裁辦公室,並委任Reinold Geiger先生、Samuel Antunes先生及Ingo Dauer先生為其成員,自2024年9月16日起生效。行政總裁辦公室的三名成員將共同負責集團的行政總裁一職。
