中國電力(02380.HK):五凌電力在中國境內發行4億元科創票據
格隆匯9月4日丨中國電力(02380.HK)公佈,五凌電力有限公司("五凌電力",為公司擁63%權益的附屬公司)已於最近獲得中國銀行間市場交易商協會發出《接受註冊通知書》,確認接受其在中國境內分批發行總額為人民幣10億元的資產擔保債務融資工具(科創票據)("科創票據")申請,自2024年8月起兩年為註冊有效期限。
於2024年9月3日,五凌電力發行其2024年第一期科創票據,發行額人民幣4億元,票面年利率1.97%,募集所得的資金將用作償還現有銀行貸款及補充日常營運資金。
