大行評級|高盛:上調萬國數據目標價至23.4港元 需求上升週期創造估值上升空間
高盛發表報吿指,最近看到中國IDC(網絡數據中心)營運商次季業績反映需求復甦跡象。在Gen-AI和GPU相關資本支出的推動下,中國以批發型業務為主的IDC營運商正進入需求上升週期,這些資本支出來自雲端超大型企業、頂級互聯網公司和AI初創公司。該行表示,萬國數據仍是其行業首選,相信公司的定位最能捕捉上述需求上升,目標價升至23.4港元,認為需求上升週期創造估值上升空間,給予“買入”評級。
