艾迪康控股(9860.HK)逆流而上，特檢及共建業務驅動長期價值釋放
8月30日，艾迪康控股(9860.HK)發佈2024年中期業績，展現出穩健的發展態勢，各業務板塊均取得顯著成績。
財報顯示，上半年公司實現營收14.66億元。其中，常規業務逆勢增長，同比增長超10%，特檢業務快速提升，同比增長超30%。盈利指標方面，上半年公司實現毛利5.6億元，毛利率為超38%，經調整後淨利潤為1.08億元，展現出良好的盈利能力。
艾迪康之所以能夠穩健實現高質量增長，關鍵在於其特檢及共建業務的雙輪驅動。
在特檢業務領域，公司感染項目收入同比增長38%，而腫瘤項目更是實現了57%的同比增長，彰顯了公司強大的市場競爭力和技術實力。自2020年以來，公司特檢業務持續保持穩健增長態勢，2020年H1至2024年H1的年複合增長率高達38.6%，充分證明了其業務模式的可持續性和成長性。
與此同時，共建業務也成為推動艾迪康增長的重要引擎。該領域收入同比大幅增長74%，簽約項目數更是實現了288%的同比增長，這一數據不僅反映了市場對艾迪康共建模式的廣泛認可，也預示着未來更廣闊的發展前景和合作機會。
此外，艾迪康積極擁抱數字化轉型，充分利用AI等前沿創新技術為業務賦能，激發未來增長活力。
公司構建的新一代數字化平台，致力於補齊現有短板並提升客户體驗和粘性，為客户提供先進的信息化保障。在此基礎上，艾迪康還投資於實驗室自動化、機器人及互聯設備等領域，以科技力量推動效率升級。同時，公司還建立運輸管理系統以實時監控物流活動，擴大和升級專用物流網絡，確保服務的高效與可靠。
而在技術創新方面，艾迪康通過增加研發投入、引進新技術、加深合作、投資AI技術，推動數據與洞察力發展，提高市場競爭力和服務質量。公司與Guardant Health建立的合作，於2024年開始全面運營，為中國腫瘤免疫治療和靶向治療的臨牀新藥開發提供了有力支持；同時，公司還在AI領域取得成果，累計閲片超500萬張；另外，公司建立了六大技術中心，不斷拓展其檢測能力，並在2024年啟動超200個新項目，將檢測服務延伸至細胞、遺傳等多個前沿領域。
艾迪康持續致力於降本增效，運營效率不斷提升。上半年銷售費用為2.02億元，同比下降13.6%；管理費用為1.08億元，同比下降21.3%，研發費用為5870.7萬元，同比下降14.98%。營運資金週轉天數亦在持續優化，現金轉換能力不斷強化。
在成本控制方面，公司90%以上的物資統一採購，成功實現每年試劑成本超8%、物流費用9%的下降，同時通過BOM/損耗控制，使試劑損耗率同比下降12%。為進一步提升服務效率與質量，公司還建立覆蓋全國90%以上區縣的自營物流體系，不僅提高了服務的可達性和效率，還使人效同比提升11%。
今年，在國內ICL行業持續面臨重重壓力和挑戰的背景下，許多企業承壓出現業績下滑趨勢。而艾迪康作為國內ICL先行者之一，不僅在逆境中保持了穩健的發展態勢，更是展現出了逆流而上的高質量增長。隨着未來國內ICL行業滲透率不斷提升，其憑藉規模效應、成本優勢、良好的服務質量以及高效的運營效率，有望實現營收水平與盈利能力的雙重飛躍，進一步鞏固行業中的優勢地位。
在資本市場，艾迪康持續通過回購，向市場傳遞信心，維護股東利益。今年5月，公司董事已獲授權，可回購不超過7273.55萬股公司股份，相當於已發行股份總數的10%。
