濱江服務(03316.HK)中期利潤2.72億元 同比增加14.7%
格隆匯8月29日丨濱江服務(03316.HK)公吿,截至2024年6月30日止6個月,集團收入增加38.7%至人民幣1,650.4百萬元;毛利人民幣421.7百萬元,較2023年同期增加32.6%;毛利率25.6%,較2023年同期下降1.1個百分點。其中,物業管理服務收入為人民幣905.3百萬元、非業主增值服務收入為人民幣250.7百萬元、5S增值服務收入為人民幣494.3百萬元。集團於2024年上半年的平均物業管理費(報吿期內物業管理服務收入除以報吿期期初及期末可收費建築面積的平均數)約為每月每平方米人民幣4.17元(2023年同期為每月每平方米人民幣4.27元)。
報吿期內,集團的利潤為人民幣272.3百萬元,較2023年同期數額人民幣237.5百萬元增加14.7%,主要是由於業務增長。公司權益股東應占利潤為人民幣265.3百萬元,較2023年同期人民幣231.0百萬元增加14.9%。經考慮集團業務發展向好及對股東回報後,董事會決議宣派截至2024年6月30日止六個月的中期股息為每股0.630港元,公司權益股東應占淨利派息比率約為60%。
回顧2024年上半年,集團繼續保持穩中求進的良好態勢,持續深耕長江三角洲地區,進一步擴張長江三角洲業務範圍,已在中國浙江省、江蘇省、江西省、上海市、海南省及廣東省的21個城市擁有175間附屬公司及分支機構,為28萬户業主提供高品質物業服務。截至2024年6月30日,集團的在管建築面積約63.1百萬平方米,同比增長29.6%,與2023年12月31日相比增長15.1%。合約建築面積約90.0百萬平方米,同比增長21.3%,將為集團的業務增長提供有利支撐。
