大行评级|大摩:下调周大福目标价至7.7港元 下调2024至26财年盈测
摩根士丹利发表研究报吿指,考虑到周大福自2024财年第四季的净关店趋势及同店销售表现疲弱,下调集团2024至26财年的收入增长预测各11%、13 %及12%。同时,该行预计周大福的利润将大致维持不变,因为2024年上半年的金价上升及成本控制措施所带来的利好因素将被营运杠杆所抵销。大摩将周大福2024至26财年的盈利预测分别下调11%、16%及11%,又将集团目标价由11港元下调至7.7港元,评级为“与大市同步”。
