順豐同城(09699.HK)公佈中期業績 淨利潤增速達105.1%創下歷史新高
格隆匯8月28日丨順豐同城(09699.HK)公佈，公司來自持續經營業務的收入由截至2023年6月30日止六個月的人民幣5,749.2百萬元增加至截至2024年6月30日止六個月的人民幣6,878.5百萬元，增長19.6%。
公司擁有人應占淨利潤及淨利潤率分別為人民幣62.2百萬元及0.9%，而於截至2023年6月30日止六個月的淨利潤及淨利潤率分別為人民幣30.3百萬元及0.5%。淨利潤同比翻倍增長，增速達105.1%。
於報吿期間，公司的利潤表現創下歷史新高，這有賴於：(i)堅持健康高質量發展的經營目標，訂單量與去年同期相比強勁增長超過三成，帶動收入增長，規模經濟及網絡效應的進一步釋放；(ii)業務結構優化，優質客户對收入的貢獻增加；及(iii)科技和精益管理推動運營提質增效，經營效益改善，毛利率及費用率維持在良好水平，帶動盈利能力提升。截至2024年6月30日止六個月，公司的持續經營業務錄得毛利為人民幣473.3百萬元及毛利率6.9%，較去年同期毛利人民幣383.4百萬元及毛利率6.7%均有提升。
同城配送服務的收入從2023年上半年的人民幣3,388.0百萬元增長19.2%至2024年上半年的人民幣4,038.0百萬元。最後一公里配送服務的收入從2023年上半年的人民幣2,361.2百萬元增長20.3%至2024年上半年的人民幣2,840.5百萬元。
於截至2024年6月30日止六個月，公司經營活動所得現金淨額為人民幣99.2百萬元，而於截至2023年6月30日止六個月的經營活動所得現金淨額為人民幣34.3百萬元。經營活動所得現金淨額增長189.0%。
公司與頭部客户的合作份額持續提升，繼續保持市佔率第一的同時，報吿期內新增合作門店超過6,000家。截止2024年6月30日過去12個月內，平台上的活躍商家規模達到了55萬，同比增長45%。其中，KA客户增長勢頭強勁，新簽訂單收入實現高雙位數的增長，連鎖客户佔比提升帶來業務穩定性提升。
2024年上半年，茶飲配送收入同比增長60%，商超便利、蛋糕烘焙、醫藥、美粧等零售品類收入同比實現高雙位數增長。報吿期內，全國縣域覆蓋超過1,200個，覆蓋率達68%，縣域收入規模同比增長51%。報吿期內，時效達成率約為95%，3公里以內訂單的平均配送時長為22分鐘。
2024年上半年，使用同城即時配送服務下單的月結客户數量和下單頻次都有明顯增長，公司與順豐控股集團一起服務的月結客户帶來人民幣160.7百萬元的外部增量收入，同比增長52%。
展望未來，公司將堅持「高質量健康增長」的經營目標，擁抱流量多極化、本地零售發展、同城物流提速和第三方即時配送服務持續滲透的市場機會，堅決投入到做大規模、做寬場景、做好服務、做實網絡中，提升中長期收入和利潤空間。隨着本地生活消費場景及消費模式的不斷創新，公司將繼續聚焦在行業和城市運行中的核心價值貢獻，也會努力拓展即時履約的服務邊界，加強技術能力革新，與更多的合作伙伴攜手，為新消費的繁榮發展保駕護航，更好地實現「讓更多人享受零距離美好生活」的使命。
