華潤萬象生活(01209.HK)上半年業績亮眼：股東應占利潤增長36%達到19.08億元，派發豐厚股息
格隆匯8月28日丨華潤萬象生活(01209.HK)發佈公吿，截至2024年6月30日止六個月，集團錄得收入人民幣79.57億元，同比增長17.1%。其中於集團的業務板塊中，商業航道業務收入為人民幣28.50億元，同比增長23.4%；物業航道業務收入為人民幣51.02億元，同比增長13.8%；及生態圈業務收入為人民幣573.3萬元。報吿期內，集團毛利潤為人民幣27.03億元，同比增長20.0%；公司股東應占利潤為人民幣19.08億元，同比增長36.0%；公司股東應占核心淨利潤(非香港財務報吿準則計量)達到人民幣17.66億元，同比增長24.2%；每股盈利為人民幣0.836元。董事會決議宣派中期股息每股人民幣0.279元(摺合港幣0.305元)及特別股息每股人民幣0.575元(摺合港幣0.629元)。
於2024年6月30日，集團向其提供商業運營服務的已開業購物中心及寫字樓的數量分別為105個及25個，集團有3個已開業購物中心分租項目，及集團提供物業管理服務的在管建築面積(“建築面積”)為3.98億平方米(不包括購物中心項目)。
集團以“高品質、高效率、高質量、快增長”為整體經營基調，上半年，商業航道購物中心業務通過分級分類落實“搶資源、搶客户、搶政策、控費用、保業績”策略，旗下在營購物中心實現零售額人民幣1,007.1億元，同比增長19.7%；業主端租金收入人民幣125.7億元，同比增長19.7%；業主端經營利潤率同比提升0.6個百分點至67.8%。物業航道全面建設美好社區，系統性提升基礎服務能力，客户滿意度較2023年提升5.34分至93.66分；增值服務收入同比增長24.9%，收入佔比同比提升1.4個百分點至15.3%；完成工程服務公司籌建落地，釐清業務界面，產品經營模式初步成型。全集團重視現金流和費用管理，兩費費率同比下降1.5個百分點至6.5%，營業現金比率同比提升4.9個百分點至19.9%，經營性現金流核心淨利潤(非香港財務報吿準則計量)覆蓋倍數同比提升17.9個百分點至89.6%。
