美麗田園醫療健康(02373.HK)上半年營收達11.38億元 基石業務美容和保健業務逆勢增長
格隆匯8月27日丨美麗田園醫療健康(02373.HK)公佈中期業績，2024年上半年，集團的業務收入逆勢穩步增長，同比提升9.7%，達人民幣11.38億元。其中，基石業務美容和保健業務逆勢增長，實現收入人民幣6.22億元，同比增長13.6%，主要得益於集團單店會員數量的增長，以及數字化運營帶來的私域流量提升。亞健康醫療業務加速增長，收入達到人民幣7400萬元，同比大增50%。2024年上半年，集團毛利率同比提升0.9個百分點至47.0%。經調整淨利潤人民幣1.32億元，經調整淨利率11.6%。
得益於美麗田園卓越的品牌影響力、強大的客户運營能力以及持續優化的產品和服務，集團到店客流日益增加。2024年上半年，美麗田園接待客流達684,659人次，同比增長11.6%。服務質量的提升和產品的持續創新將更多的客流轉化為活躍會員，2024年上半年，直營門店活躍會員數量達到81,531名，同比增長10.3%，每名直營門店活躍會員的平均消費為人民幣12,608元，平均到店頻次為6.4次。在全新「雙美+雙保健」的商業模式下，集團將更多的美容和保健客户滲透到高毛利增值業務。2024年上半年，24.3%的美容和保健會員參與了醫療美容或亞健康醫療服務的消費，轉化率同比增長0.9個百分點。在提升會員數量的同時，集團也在不斷鞏固客户忠誠度。2024年上半年，活躍會員年留存率高達79.0%。加盟門店方面，2024年上半年，集團的加盟門店為31,402名活躍會員提供了服務，同比提升5.0%。
在門店拓展上，集團今年的核心目標在於提高門店的平均收入與經營效率。截至2024年6月30日，集團的門店總數已增至409家。奈瑞兒下半年併入集團合併財務報表後，將新增直營和特許經營門店150家，顯着提升集團在大灣區的市場份額。在美容和保健業務新開門店方面，集團積極爭取具有品牌戰略價值的優質網點。在增值業務門店方面，集團全面挖掘潛力城市的增長機會，在升級醫療美容門診的同時，開設亞健康醫療門診，充分發揮美與健康業務協同的規模效應。在加盟業務方面，2024年上半年，集團的加盟門店數量已突破200家，達到了207家。今年，集團將擴展加盟門店的開設步伐，藉助加盟業務拓展二三線城市。
