塗鴉智能-W(02391.HK)2024年Q2業績報吿：宣佈派發特別股息，第二季度業績實現歷史性突破
格隆匯8月27日丨塗鴉智能-W(02391.HK)發佈公吿，2024年第二季度，總收入為7330萬美元，同比上升約28.6%。其中，物聯網平台即服務(“PaaS”)收入為5430萬美元，同比上升約32.0%；軟件即服務(“SaaS”)及其他收入為960萬美元，同比增長約2.4%；智慧解決方案收入為940萬美元，同比增長約44.2%。2024年第二季度，整體毛利率上升至48.0%，同比上升1.3個百分點(2023年第二季度：46.7%)；物聯網PaaS的毛利率上升至47.6%，同比上升3.4個百分點(2023年第二季度：44.2%)。
公司2024年第二季度淨利潤為310萬美元，而2023年同期淨虧損為2350萬美元，標誌公司首個季度在公認會計准則基準下實現盈虧平衡。2024年第二季度營業虧損與淨利潤之間的差異主要由於公司對現金及記為短期及長期投資的定期存款及國債妥善實施財務戰略，實現1250萬美元的利息收入。公司於2024年第二季度的非公認會計准則淨利潤為2080萬美元，較2023年同期的150萬美元上升1276.5%，顯示公司有能力在非公認會計准則基準下維持強勁的盈利能力。董事會批准向分別於香港時間及紐約時間2024年9月11日營業時間結束時的有關持有人宣派及派發每股普通股0.0589美元或每股美國存托股份0.0589美元的特別股息。
