中國海外宏洋集團(00081.HK)上半年純利降48.5%至8.85億元 擬派中期息每股3港仙
格隆匯8月23日丨中國海外宏洋集團(00081.HK)公佈中期業績，截至2024年6月30日止六個月內，集團系列公司合約銷售額達人民幣190.17億元，較去年同期下降26.7%，對應的合約面積合共1,656,200平方米；集團收入達人民幣218.52億元，較去年同期下跌19.6%。期間毛利及毛利率分別為人民幣21.08億元及9.6%，而去年同期則分別為人民幣44.35億元及16.3%。公司擁有人應占溢利為人民幣8.85億元，較去年同期下降48.5%。每股基本盈利為人民幣24.9分。董事局宣佈就截至2024年6月30日止六個月內派發中期股息每股港幣3仙。
集團財務保持穩健。集團系列公司期間銷售回款達人民幣172.16億元，經營現金流於期內繼續錄得淨流入人民幣28.04億元。於2024年6月30日，總現金及銀行結餘為人民幣252.09億元，佔集團總資產18.0%。集團淨負債比率為44.5%。
集團系列公司於期內新購土地的總樓面面積合共為246,900平方米(集團應占面積：246,900平方米)，總代價合共人民幣13.85億元。於2024年6月30日，集團系列公司擁有土地儲備的樓面面積共達15,834,200平方米，其中1,364,700平方米由聯營公司和合營公司持有。而集團包括於聯營公司和合營公司之應占土地儲備之樓面面積為13,050,700平方米。
