富力地產(02777.HK):對公司附屬公司的清盤呈請
格隆匯8月20日丨富力地產(02777.HK)發佈公吿,有關對公司全資附屬公司兆曦有限公司(“兆曦”)的清盤呈請,2024年8月19日,富力地產(香港)有限公司(“富力香港”,公司全資附屬公司及融資協議下的擔保人之一)收到由呈請人在高等法院就富力香港未償還呈請人按比例享有的該貸款本金金額以及應付利息所提交的清盤呈請(“對富力香港的呈請”,連同對兆曦的呈請,為“該等呈請”)。對富力香港的呈請將於2024年10月30日在高等法院審理。
