大行評級|花旗:上調電能實業目標價至61港元 重申“買入”評級
花旗發表研報指,電能實業今年上半年度淨利潤基本符合按年增長2%的預期。該行表示,電能進行併購可以為其增加額外盈利,故將其2024至2026財年的淨利潤預測增加1.2%至2%,更多併購機會出現令電能2025財年淨利潤可能提升6.24億港元,即9.6%。花旗認為,美聯儲減息將觸發對電能股份的重新評估,若美國國債收益率下降至3%,電能股價將根據歷史上升13%。該行亦指,電能2024財年18.4倍的市盈率、1.3倍的市賬率、5.1%收益率看起來估值仍然不高。花旗將電能目標價由60港元上調至61港元,重申“買入”評級。
