華欽科技(CLPS.US)宣佈成立迪拜子公司，進軍中東市場
格隆匯8月7日丨華欽科技(CLPS.US)今日宣佈，通過其全資子公司華欽科技投資管理有限公司，於2024年7月31日在阿聯酋迪拜成立Ridik Technology Ltd.(簡稱"RidikDubai").這一戰略舉措旨在深化公司的全球擴張戰略，並通過為本地和國際業務提供先進的IT服務和解決方案，進入蓬勃發展的中東市場。
中東地區正在經歷快速的數字化轉型，推動了IT支出的大幅增長。根據Gartner的數據，預計2024年中東的IT支出將增長5.2%，達到1937億美元。IT服務部門是一個關鍵的增長動力，受到對專業和諮詢服務的需求不斷增長的推動力，這些服務為他們的業務為雲遷移、人工智能、生成式人工智能(GenAI)和物聯網實施做好準備。此外，公司正在利用這些技術融合創造的數據貨幣化機會。
自啟動全球擴張戰略以來，華欽科技在中國大陸以外的收入持續增長，2024財年上半年增長25.4%。阿聯酋積極推動科技驅動型經濟建設，加上其戰略地理位置，是華欽科技服務更廣泛中東市場的理想平台。
華欽科技任命Maddoju Hymavathi女士為Ridik Dubai總經理，負責領導公司在該地區的業務發展和運營管理。
華欽科技首席執行官林明輝表示："Ridik Dubai的成立是我們全球擴張過程中的一個重要里程碑。迪拜作為中東地區的商業和技術中心，加上其豐富的資源和巨大的市場潛力，使其成為我們擴大業務佈局的理想地點。通過設立當地子公司，我們可以更好地為現有和潛在客户提供服務，同時加快他們的數字化轉型計劃。他補充説："我們將迪拜視為一個戰略啟動平台，將我們的服務擴展到整個中東地區，並探索新的市場機會。
