中關村科技租賃(01601.HK)訂立保理協議
格隆匯7月29日丨中關村科技租賃(01601.HK)公吿,公司與保理銀行於2024年7月29日訂立保理協議,據此,(i)保理銀行同意自保理協議簽署之日起,向公司提供約人民幣80,000,000元的有追索權保理服務,且公司同意將來自於應收租賃款(人民幣107,146,169元)的未償款項轉讓給保理銀行,以從保理銀行獲得融資款;及(ii)根據保理協議的條款及條件,公司應於2027年7月15日或之前將融資款償還給保理銀行。
