中升控股(00881.HK):獲中國銀行間市場交易商協會批准註冊債務融資工具
格隆匯7月24日丨中升控股(00881.HK)發佈公吿,有關公司向中國銀行間市場交易商協會(“該協會”)作出申請,以註冊總金額不高於人民幣50億元的債務融資工具(“熊貓債券”)。該協會已於2024年7月19日批准申請。2024年7月23日,公司接獲該協會的熊貓債券接受註冊通知書(“接受通知書”)。因此,公司可在接受通知書發出日期(即2024年7月19日)起兩年內,於適當時候分一個或多個批次發行熊貓債券。
