香港本地地產股集體走強:恒基地產升近7%,新世界發展升超3%
美國6月CPI數據回落,市場憧憬美聯儲9月降息,香港本地地產股今日繼續走強。其中,恒基地產升近7%,新鴻基地產、領展房產基金升超5%,九龍倉集團、長實集團、恒隆地產升超4%,新世界發展、太古地產、九龍倉置業、希慎興業升超3%,信和置業、港鐵、冠君產業信託升超2%,太古股份A升近2%。受CPI數據刺激,利率期貨顯示美國減息四分一釐機會,由之前一日的69.7%,增加至目前的84.6%,意味着市場預期9月減息機會進一步升温。
