中國旭陽集團(01907.HK):洪達化工擬出售鄆城農商行3.5863%股權
格隆匯6月23日丨中國旭陽集團(01907.HK)宣佈,作為集團內部業務架構優化的一部分,公司附屬公司洪達化工將被另一附屬公司吸收合併,公司計劃近期自願註銷洪達化工。洪達化工資產中包含其所持有的鄆城農商行3.5863%股權,經集團考慮中國銀行業相關准入規定後,決定出售該目標股份。經多渠道市場詢價和磋商後,確定旭陽工程為符合相關中國銀行監管規定的合資格買方。
於2024年6月21日,洪達化工與旭陽工程訂立股權轉讓協議,據此洪達化工向旭陽工程轉讓目標股份,對價為人民幣5,420萬元。
