港股異動丨復星醫藥一度升超4%,減持印度藥商股份套現逾16億港元
復星醫藥(2196.HK)盤初一度升4.38%報13.82港元。消息面上,復星醫藥公佈,出售旗下印度製藥商Gland Pharma的6.01%股權,作價約2.11億美元(約16.46億港元)。Gland Pharma主要從事注射劑藥品的生產製造業務,在孟買證券交易所及印度國家證券交易所主板上市。交易完成後,復星醫藥將持有Gland Pharma約51.83%的股份,繼續保持控股地位。
