港股異動丨海底撈跌超6% 旗下高端bistro囿吉山在北京暫停營業
海底撈(6862.HK)延續弱勢下跌,現跌超6%,近一個月累計跌幅超20%,現報15.32港元創2個月新低,總市值854億港元。消息上,日前海底撈旗下高端bistro囿吉山在北京暫停營業,門店正在進行裝潢拆除。據悉,囿吉山是海底撈持股75%的首家獨立酒館,主打雲貴川風味,客單價約300元,自試營業至閉門僅9個月。此外,其他城市的bistro業態也面臨挑戰。例如,杭州的bistro ete夏久和北京的Grape Lane葡萄巷等均已閉店。
