格隆匯6月18日丨世紀建業(00079.HK)公吿,於2024年6月18日,賣方世紀建業管理有限公司(為公司全資附屬公司)與買方永紅及代理訂立臨時買賣協議,內容就有關出售該物業(為一個位於香港太古城住宅單位),代價為港幣1068萬元。該物業現時由租户根據租約佔用,並將聯同租約及其收益一併出售。該物業為一個位於太古城住宅單位,總樓面面積約為902平方尺。集團於2011年5月收購該物業後,一直將其用作投資物業以收取租金收入。
