大行評級|美銀:重申港交所“買入”評級 預期第二季盈利將轉為增長
美銀證券發表報吿指,港交所自5月份高位下跌13%,而同期恒指跌幅為8%。目前估值為2024年27倍市盈率。由於港股每日平均成交額由第一季的990億港元上升至第二季的1,260億港元,該行預期港交所第二季盈利將轉為增長,IPO業務為關注重點。此外,該行指,臨近七一,未來兩至三週內地有望公佈更多之前宣佈支持香港市場的政策的細節,如ETF通擴容、將房地產投資信託基金納入滬深港通等,如果有下調股息税或其他政策將帶來驚喜,但不在該行基本假設之內。由於預計港交所將成為主要受惠者,因此重申“買入”評級。
