知乎2024Q1財報：營收9.61億 職業教育同比增長35.9%
6月12日，知乎(NYSE:ZH；HKEX:2390)發佈2024年第一季度業績報吿。財報顯示，知乎第一季度總收入9.61億元，運營效率進一步提升，毛利潤同比增長6.1%，毛利率從去年同期的51.5%提升至56.6%，堅定向儘快盈利的目標邁進；知乎第一季度月平均活躍用户 (MAUs) 達到8900萬，月均訂閲會員達到1480萬，截至季度末累計內容創作量達到8.04億。在打造可信賴社區之上，知乎將持續探索"不止於社區"的全新增長機遇。
持續提升運營效率，目標儘快盈利
財務層面，知乎第一季度繼續鞏固多引擎商業模式，共同為業務發展沉澱韌性和抗壓性。付費閲讀業務收入4.5億，佔比增至46.8%，穩居第一大收入來源；職業教育收入1.45億，同比增長35.9%，佔比首次超過15%；營銷服務收入則達3.31億。
與此同時，知乎持續提升運營效率，收到良好效果，第一季度毛利潤同比增長6.1%，毛利率從去年同期的51.5%提升至56.6%。公司還進一步調整資源分配形式，提升人效，探索新增長機遇，朝着繼續減虧和儘快盈利的目標堅定邁進。
運營層面，知乎強化高質量增長，打造可信賴的社區，推動高價值內容池持續擴充，創作者持續活躍。截至第一季度末，知乎累計內容創作量達到8.04億，同比增長18.1%，平台累計內容創作者達到7360萬，同比增長13.0%，第一季度知乎月平均活躍用户 (MAUs) 則達到8900萬。同時，付費閲讀業務持續為用户提供優質付費內容和體驗，月均訂閲會員達到1480萬。
知乎創始人、董事長兼CEO周源表示："2024年我們通過提升運營效率和加速減虧，在實現盈虧平衡目標方面取得了實質性進展。此外，我們通過提升知乎社區可信賴度，持續推動社區繁榮，也使得核心用户的活躍度、留存率以及日活躍用户訪問時長大幅增加。相信AI搜索功能藴藏的潛力及可信賴社區不斷凸顯的價值，將為我們的可持續增長提供全新的動力，也為本年度單季度盈利明確了方向。"
知乎CFO王晗補充道："本季度，我們優化了成本結構並提高了商業化效率。我們的毛利率連續六個季度取得同比增長。同時，我們大幅削減社區相關的新用户獲取成本，並在多條業務線上維持較高的投資回報。我們深信，憑藉持續有力的戰略執行，我們將朝着實現盈利的目標穩步邁進。"

知乎鹽言故事已成為網絡文學乃至影視產業發展中的重要一環。近期，鹽言故事內容庫首次被納入由中國作家協會主編的《2023中國網絡文學藍皮書》，多部作品獲得"2023中國網絡文學影響力榜""第三屆網文青春榜"等行業殊榮。同時，知乎加速內容IP價值開發，鹽言故事改編的短劇作品《執筆》《貴妃起居注》收穫市場關注，讀者票選的"新知乎三絕"影視版權均被競購，自制短劇、自制廣播劇及有聲劇也在密集開發製作。
知乎知學堂則立足職業教育領域繼續推動公司增長。第一季度，知乎知學堂一方面鞏固CFA、AGI、軟考等優勢品類，聯合CFA協會、微軟等機構為用户帶來優質內容服務，另一方面則不斷拓寬產品線，新增四六級考試課程品類，滿足用户更多細分需求。
