巨星傳奇(06683.HK)附屬與Tower Talent成立合資公司 開發一個AI驅動的媒體娛樂內容創作數字版權庫
格隆匯6月6日丨巨星傳奇(06683.HK)宣佈，於2024年6月6日，星際征途(公司的間接全資附屬公司)與Tower Talent訂立合資協議，內容有關(其中包括)成立合資公司，由星際征途、Tower Talent及管理團隊公司共同出資開發一個AI驅動的媒體娛樂內容創作數字版權庫，用於媒體娛樂內容(包括但不限於元宇宙及新媒體平台中的數字內容及虛擬人)製作，並將其在全球範圍內進行商業化。
公吿顯示，合資公司將主要從事開發一個由AI驅動的媒體娛樂內容創作數字版權庫，用於媒體娛樂內容(包括但不限於元宇宙及新媒體平台中的數字內容及虛擬人)製作，並將其在全球範圍內進行商業化。合資公司將成為公司數字內容製作及AIGC在全球的獨家代理，同時成為公司數字內容發行業務在全球(不包括大中華區及中東地區)的獨家代理。合資公司亦會將新創作及獲得授權的IP數字化，並在全球範圍內將其商業化。
具體地，合資公司的業務包括：數字內容及AIGC製作；數字內容項目的發行及商業化；運用AI為其自有或獲授權的IP創造更多數字內容及虛擬偶像；開發和管理可應用於各種娛樂及媒體應用的可定製化數字內容的數據庫等。
成立合資公司的目的是使公司及數字王國能夠集中各自優勢，為其各自的利益相關者創造更大價值。董事會認為，成立合資公司符合集團的業務發展策略及計劃，有利於本集團的未來業務發展。董事會認為，合資協議為本集團提供良機，將其業務範圍擴展至數字內容及虛擬人創作，併為本公司開拓新收入來源，以期為本集團帶來長遠穩定及持續的收入增長。
此外，引入管理團隊公司(最初由公司及數字王國的主席平均擁有)表明，不僅公司及數字王國，且其核心管理層均致力於提高合資公司的業務表現。日後將管理團隊公司的股份分配予合資公司員工，將使其利益與合資公司股東的利益更加一致，此舉有望為合資公司創造更多價值。
