格隆匯6月5日丨向上融科(TIGR.US)公佈2024年第一季度的財務報吿。2024年一季度總營收為7890萬美元，同比增長19.0%。總淨營收為6420萬美元，同比增長10.8%。歸屬於向上融科普通股股東的淨利潤為1230萬美元，去年同期的淨利潤為800萬美元，同比增長53.75%。歸屬於向上融科普通股股東的非GAAP淨利潤為1470萬美元，去年同期為1030萬美元。
運營方面，總賬户餘額為329億美元，同比增長103.8%。融資融券餘額為28億美元，同比增長25.0%。存款客户總數為93.34萬人，同比增長15.0%。
向上融科董事長兼首席執行官巫天華表示："2024年第一季度市場環境更為活躍，我們第一季度的總收入為7890萬美元，環比增長12.8%，同比增長19.0%。得益於我們的品牌實力和研發能力，無論是按照美國通用會計準則(GAAP)還是非美國通用會計準則(non-GAAP)計算的淨收入都實現了顯著增長。本季度按照GAAP計算的歸屬於UP Fintech的淨收入為1230萬美元，較上一季度淨虧損180萬美元實現扭虧為盈，同比增長54.8%。按照non-GAAP計算的歸屬於向上融科的淨收入為1470萬美元，環比增長12.9倍，同比增長42.4%。

在香港，我們正式為專業投資者推出了現貨加密貨幣交易服務。通過整合老虎證券的技術驅動型經紀專業知識，我們旨在為香港的專業投資者提供無與倫比的便利，讓他們能夠在統一平台上無縫交易傳統證券和加密貨幣。此外，在3月，我們獲得了香港證券及期貨事務監察委員會(SFC)的9號牌照，為零售和專業投資者客户提供資產管理服務，包括全權委託賬户和集體投資計劃服務。我們還推出了隔夜交易功能，允許用户，特別是亞太地區的用户，在本地市場交易時間內交易美國股票和ETF，捕捉更多市場機會。
在企業業務方面，我們在第一季度承銷了5宗美國和香港的IPO，包括"康寧醫療集團"和"連連數字科技"。在我們的員工股權激勵計劃(ESOP)業務中，我們在第一季度新增了22個客户，截至2024年3月31日，服務的ESOP客户總數達到557家。"
