港股異動丨玖龍紙業繼續下跌5% 發永續債或損利潤遭花旗降級
昨日大跌11.44%的玖龍紙業(2689.HK)盤初再度下跌近5%,近10個交易日累計下跌近25%,現報3.5港元,總市值跌破165億港元。消息上,公司日前宣佈與Citigroup(作為獨家經辦人)訂立協議,發行本金金額4億美元優先永續資本證券,至2027年6月中旬止期間年利率14%。所得總額4億美元,將用於現有貸款再融資。花旗發表報吿,將玖紙評級由“買入”降至“中性”,目標價由5.5港元降至4.2港元,指發行永續債或會影響玖紙利潤。
