聯想集團(00992.HK)第四季度淨利潤達2.48億美元 全年毛利率創歷史新高
格隆匯5月23日丨聯想集團(00992.HK)公佈，聯想以良好的勢頭為截至2024年3月31日止的財政年度收官，併成功應對了需求和技術創新均發生前所未有且持續變化的市場格局。 全年溢利有所下跌，反映上半年全行業的整體倒退。 儘管面臨挑戰，集團仍於混合式人工智能方面加大投資，以釋放其三個業務集團的增長機會。 集團第四季度錄得顯著扭虧。權益持有人應占溢利同比增長118%至2.48億美元，創下第四季度歷來第三高水平。
集團進一步加強其靈活性及卓越運營，全年毛利率創歷史新高，連續第三年實現增長。 為打造具競爭力的混合式人工智能組合，推動以服務為主導的轉型及提升營運效率而進行的策略性努力，對實現集團提升盈利能力的中期目標起着至關重要的作用。 儘管在受限的支出環境下經營，集團仍堅定不移地致力創新，研發投入份額佔全年收入的比例為歷史新高。因此，集團的研發費用佔收入比率連續第三年上升，毛利率持續實現增長。
方案服務業務集團作為結構性增長引擎，連續第三年創下多項收入及溢利紀錄。回顧期內，方案服務業務集團的分部溢利同比上升 11%，佔集團三個業務集團的綜合分部溢利的 35%。智能設備業務集團仍是市場份額和盈利能力的領導者，在推動產品的人工智能創新方面處於領先地位。 智能設備業務集團的全球市場份額同比增長 50 個基點，主要得益於五個地理市場中的四個市場的增長。 其分部盈利能力維持於 7.1%的強勁水平，處於歷史趨勢的上限範圍內。 然而，上半年行業需求疲弱導致全年溢利同比下跌 12%。整個行業面臨的挑戰，包括需求向人工智能轉移，使基礎設施方案業務集團的表現受壓，導致全年分部錄得虧損。 即便如此，其在客户獲取和產品組合擴張方面的努力促進了其業績的扭轉，在最後一個財政季度，集團銷售反彈至雙位數正增長，為未來盈利能力改善奠定基礎。

根據對書面看跌期權負債的最新重新計量，該集團錄得 1.43 億美元的非現金會計收益。為進一步提高集團效率和競爭力而發生的重組和其他費用總計 1.32 億美元，基本上抵銷了一次性收益。
