藥明康德(02359.HK)認繳LONGWOODSPECIAL SITUATIONS FUND, L.P. 500萬美元投資基金份額
格隆匯5月22日丨藥明康德(02359.HK)公吿，2024年5月22日，公司全資子企業 WuXi PharmaTech Healthcare Fund I L.P.(以下簡稱“WuXi FundI”)與 Longwood Special Situations Fund GP, LLC(以下簡稱“普通合夥人”)、Longwood Management, LLC(以下簡稱“管理公司”)簽署 Amended and RestatedLimited Partnership Agreement(以下簡稱“合夥協議”)，以及簽署 InvestorQuestionnaire(以下簡稱“投資人問卷”)，約定由WuXi Fund I認繳LONGWOODSPECIAL SITUATIONS FUND, L.P.(以下簡稱“投資基金”)500萬美元的投資基金份額，約佔已募集投資基金份額的 4.52%（WuXiFund I 所持投資基金份額比例將隨投資基金後續募集金額增加而進一步稀釋）。
投資基金預計募集總額不超過250,000,000美元。WuXi FundI 本次認繳500萬美元后，投資基金已募集110,740,000美元資金。
投資基金為一家依據美國特拉華州法律成立的有限合夥企業，主要專注於投資藥物、治療方法及相關領域的創新生物技術企業。
本次投資基金為 Christoph Westphal 博士團隊發起的特殊機會基金，旨在捕捉在生物科技產業投融資低谷期出現的稀缺性價值投資機會，為已展現出優異臨牀前數據或者臨牀數據的高潛力成長期生物科技企業提供專業資金支持。Christoph Westphal 博士團隊擁有超過 20 年的生物醫藥孵化及產業投資經驗，良好的行業聲譽與科學家生態圈。本次投資有助於本公司在獲取投資收益的同時，持續與生物科技初創企業生態圈及行業網絡密切合作。
