大行評級|傑富瑞:下調華住目標價至42港元 維持“買入”評級
傑富瑞發表報吿指,華住首季收入和經調整EBITDA符合市場預期,惟第二季收入指引低過預期,並反映在週五績後股價上。華住第二季收入指引為按年增長7%至11%,中值比市場共識預期低2.5%。該行維持對華住“買入”評級,目標價由47港元降至42港元。傑富瑞指,管理層在電話會議上,強調其高質量增長戰略,即加強鐵三角品牌、培育新品牌和向低線城市滲透。另外,由於去年基數較高,預計第二季平均每間可供出租客房收入將保持穩定或略有下降。
