格隆匯5月17日丨華住集團-S(01179.HK)公吿，於2024年第一季度，收入同比增長17.8%至人民幣53億元，超出先前公佈的收入較2023年第一季度增長12%至16%的指引。2024年第一季度來自Legacy-Huazhu分部的收入為人民幣42億元，同比增長18.1%，超出先前公佈的增長11%至15%的收入指引。2024年第一季度來自Legacy-DH分部的收入為人民幣10億元，同比增長16.6%。
於2024年第一季度，歸屬於華住集團有限公司淨利潤為人民幣659百萬元，相比之下2023年第一季度為人民幣990百萬元，而上一季度為人民幣743百萬元。2024年第一季度來自Legacy-Huazhu分部的歸屬於華住集團有限公司淨利潤為人民幣833百萬元，相比之下2023年第一季度為人民幣12億元，而上一季度為人民幣827百萬元。2024年第一季度來自LegacyDH分部的歸屬於華住集團有限公司淨虧損為人民幣174百萬元，相比之下2023年第一季度為人民幣165百萬元，而上一季度為人民幣84百萬元。
於2024年第一季度，EBITDA(非公認會計准則)為人民幣13億元，相比之下2023年第一季度為人民幣16億元，而上一季度為人民幣14億元。
於2024年第一季度，酒店營業額同比增加21.1%至人民幣197億元。不計入Steigenberger Hotels GmbH及其附屬公司(DH或Legacy-DH)，2024年第一季度的酒店營業額同比增加21.6%。於2024年第一季度，來自LegacyDH分部的酒店營業額增加15.5%。
截至2024年3月31日，共有9,817家在營酒店(或955,657間在營酒店客房)。
