大行評級|瑞銀:予太古地產目標價23.3港元 評級為“買入”
瑞銀髮表研究報吿指,太古地產首季內地及香港的營運數據疲軟,雖然租用率按季未有變化,但香港寫字樓的租金負增長擴大。該行預期,集團股價將因為首季數據疲弱而有負面反應。該行提到,本港零售業務方面,太古廣場購物中心首季銷售額下降1.2%,與香港整體趨勢基本一致。太古城中心按年跌3.2%,相信主要是由於香港本地居民出境旅遊上升。東薈城的租户銷售額增長了6.5%。截至2024年3月,集團旗下三座商場出租率均達到100%。瑞銀予太古地產目標價23.3港元,評級為“買入”。
