楊元慶詳解聯想智能體：讓人類實現另一種意義上的永生
4月18日，第十屆聯想創新科技大會Tech World在上海舉行。大會上，聯想重磅宣佈的個人智能體與企業智能體成為被提及最多的關鍵詞，聯想集團董事長兼CEO楊元慶對此進行了詳盡的解析：
個人智能體，將通過大模型壓縮技術，在個人智能終端或邊緣設備上運行，以自然交互的方式接收指令，通過個人的旅行紀錄、購物偏好這些存儲於設備上的信息，更好地進行推理，做出行動；它甚至可以根據你的思維模式和行為頻率去預測下一個任務，並主動提出建議，自主尋找解決方案，比如提醒用户制定家庭度假計劃，及時下單補充食品、日用品儲備等等。最重要的是，除非用户授權，否則用户的個人數據永遠不會被共享或發送至公有云上去。
當這樣的個人智能體置身於各種各樣的智能設備，未來的智能設備就會成為我們每一個人的數字化延伸。也就是説，智能設備中包含智能體，而智能體中包含大模型。我們的"內存"，將實現極大的擴展。我們的"算力"，也就是進行推理，並形成答案或意見、結論的速度，將會大大加快。而我們的"算法"，也就是推理能力和決策質量，也將顯著提升。個人智能體將如影隨形，讓我們"如有神助"，變得更加聰明，更加高效。它甚至超越每個人的壽命，永存於世，讓人類實現另一種意義上的永生！
同樣，企業也將受益於類似的企業智能體。它分散在企業的多個終端設備和基礎設施中，將能夠對大量的本企業數據進行學習推理，在保障信息安全的同時，支持企業運營決策，提升管理效率，提高生產力。
舉例來説，對製造企業而言，天氣情況，尤其自然災害對企業的供應鏈管理影響是巨大的。如果有颱風來了，企業當然可以先通過公共大模型得到颱風的準確位置、風力預測，但涉及到具體哪些客户的訂單交付可能受到影響，就是企業智能體大顯身手的時候了。它能夠吿訴我們，哪些訂單尚未生產，可能受到工廠暫時關閉的影響；哪些訂單尚未運輸，可能受到陸運中斷的影響；哪些訂單尚未排產，可能受到物料延誤的影響，還能進一步給出優化運輸方式、調整訂單排序等建議，保障按優先級出貨、交付。這就在保障客户信息安全的前提下，大大提高了企業應對危機的決策速度。
