中國碳中和(01372.HK)與柬埔寨高棉控股集團簽署戰略合作框架協議 聯合發展柬埔寨及周邊國家綠色新能源系統建設
格隆匯4月15日丨中國碳中和(01372.HK)宣佈，集團與柬埔寨高棉第一投資控股集團有限公司("高棉控股集團")簽署戰略合作框架協議，雙方聯合發展柬埔寨及周邊國家綠色新能源系統建設，包括分散式清潔能源和智慧能源系統，利用太陽能、風能、地熱能和生物質能等構建綜合可再生能源供能系統。 包括但不限於：集中式及分散式光伏發電、風力發電、樓宇自控系統優化、電動機變頻、空調節能改造、鍋爐節能改造、系統節能優化改造、餘熱利用、照明改造等。 通過共同發揮各自優勢，秉承"共同發展、誠信合作"的宗旨，開展以下合作內容：
根據協議內容，雙方共同推進在柬埔寨設立國際碳資產交易所，雙方聯合開發柬埔寨及周邊國家城市綠色交通能源系統建設包括新能源交通體系建設，城市級充換電體系建設。 雙方共同推進在柬埔寨設立國際數字資產交易所。 通過與高棉控股集團的合作，集團將引入國際先進的數字資產交易技術和管理經驗，共同打造一個安全、高效、透明的國際數字資產交易平台。 聯合推動柬埔寨再生能源資源利用的牌照頒發與規範，在技術、管理和環保方面提出嚴格標準，促進當地合法、高效地開展可再生資源的回收、處理和再利用工作。 雙方聯合發展柬埔寨提供生態治理解決方案，促進環境保護與改善，助力生態平衡，實現高品質發展，最終推動柬埔寨生態環境可持續發展，包含環境修復、造林綠化、大氣治理、污水治理、水土保持等多個領域。 集團協助高棉控股集團加強工業、農業等領域碳中和管理人才培訓，協助各級政府及相關企業建立碳中和管理隊伍。
據悉，高棉控股集團成立於2010年，是高棉資源投資控股集團有限公司在柬埔寨商業部註冊成立的全資管理集團有限公司，全權代表“高棉資源”全資組建相關產業投資公司。高棉控股集團總部在金邊，主要投資領域涉及六大產業：文化教育出版傳媒、金融證券、電信運營及衞星導航服務、礦業開發、城市規劃與建設、農業投資等產業。投資產業包括煤炭工業、地礦勘查及礦業開採、城市規劃建設和房地產開發、銀行證券、通信運營、廣播電視業、娛樂業、旅遊業等。
董事會認為，集團與高棉控股集團簽署的戰略合作框架協議，將有利於推進生態建設，促進人與自然和諧發展。董事會相信，此次合作將為集團帶來可持續性的業務增長和財務回報
