港股異動丨匯豐控股升超2%創逾6年新高,計劃首季派特別息21美仙
匯豐控股(0005.HK)逆勢上升,盤中一度升2.61%報63港元,股價創2018年1月以來新高。匯豐控股週三在香港舉行非正式股東大會(ISM),主席杜嘉祺表示,已經完成出售加拿大業務,計劃在本月底公佈第一季度業績時,同時宣佈派發每股21美仙(約1.638港元)特別股息,預料6月派發,並會按集團業務及盈利發展,繼續派發季度股息和回購股份。杜嘉祺指出,去年股東大會已就相關議案投票,大部分股東反對分拆,強調集團現時沒有相關考慮。
