聯想集團SSG宣佈新財年目標：實現雙位數營收同比增長
4月1日，聯想集團2024/25財年全球誓師大會在北京舉辦。上一財年，面對外界重重挑戰，聯想以高度韌性的業績表現，穩健穿越行業週期併成功恢復增長。站在新財年的新起點，聯想將開啟全面擁抱AI的嶄新十年。
聯想集團執行副總裁、方案服務業務集團(SSG)總裁黃建恒在演講中指出，過去三年，聯想集團一直強化解決方案和服務業務，SSG已連續11個季度實現雙位數營收增長，併成長為集團高利潤、高增長引擎。前三個財季，SSG營收和運營利潤雙雙刷新歷史紀錄。
此外，SSG數字化辦公、混合雲、聯想臻算、人工智能邊緣計算和可持續發展等通用解決方案也不斷取得重要進展，進一步增強了聯想的業務多元化發展和盈利能力。前三季度聯想個人電腦以外營收佔比已超過41%，比前年同期提升了3個百分點。
在黃建恒看來，全球IT服務市場充滿機遇。僅2024年，全球IT服務市場總額就有望達到15000億美元，其中中國市場將佔到10%，超過1300億美元。伴隨AI呈現出的爆炸式增長和需求，生成式AI服務市場有望在未來三年內每年實現超過兩倍的增長。此外，聯想最新CIO調研報吿顯示，隨着企業AI應用場景需求將越來越複雜多變，企業需要更加全方位的建議和安全靈活的解決方案。
面對這一全新的市場變化和廣闊機遇，SSG成立AI Practice。黃建恒表示，該業務可以通過諮詢的過程，分析並制定AI戰略、梳理AI場景、選取AI產品和服務，並全方位提供可信賴和安全的AI交付，把AI賦能到各行各業。
大會現場，黃建恒分享了聯想SSG將AI賦能到汽車行業的具體案例，進一步詮釋了SSG解決方案的商業價值和靈活性。F1(世界一級方程式賽車錦標賽)被認為是全球科技含量最高的賽事之一，其中國站今年恰逢二十週年。SSG一直以來都在為F1提供聯想數字辦公空間解決方案，該方案通過確保賽道現場人員和媒體中心之間的無縫協作，保證了每年20多場比賽的順利進行。其中，SSG的Care of One產品，能夠利用AI更快更精準地判別F1團隊的用户畫像，幫助他們更高效地管理員工需求，從而提升用户體驗及效率。
在中國市場，SSG基於擎天架構，打造智能體平台，以行業智能體方案為抓手，引領解決方案業務突破。例如，聯想SSG與吉利路特斯合作，為其提供AI視覺智能檢測、供應鏈管理和精確質量控制等智能解決方案，賦能路特斯推出可支持外觀定製的純電超跑。除此之外，SSG還通過臻算服務(TruScale)，助力吉利建設目前業內最大的高性能計算中心，讓他們可以更靈活地在智能駕駛、芯片及操作系統研發中使用。
為應對企業級用户基礎設施和人工智能應用越來越複雜的市場需求，黃建恒強調，SSG將在新的一年裏把支持服務的產品精簡和優化，同時抓住AI PC和AI服務器所帶來的機會，為客户提供更好的體驗。
展望新財年，聯想集團董事長兼CEO楊元慶表示，"混合式人工智能"將成為未來的大勢所趨，聯想擁有讓"混合式人工智能"真正落地和普及的能力，未來將提供更多圍繞人工智能的諮詢、設計、部署和維護方面的解決方案和服務。
基於此，公司也為SSG制定了新財年的業務增長和發展目標：實現20%以上的運營利潤率，雙位數的營收同比增長，開發和部署混合式人工智能解決方案及服務。對此，黃建恒表示，"現在，整個SSG、整個聯想，都準備好了迎接2025財年"。
