格隆匯3月27日丨錦欣生殖(01951.HK)公吿，集團截至2023年12月31日止年度，收益約為人民幣27.89億元，同比增加18.0%。純利約為人民幣3.47億元，同比增加194.2%。每股基本盈利為人民幣0.13元。截至2023年12月31日止年度的非國際財務報吿準則經調整每股基本盈利(4)為人民幣0.18元。董事會建議就截至2023年12月31日止年度派付每股5.95港仙末期股息(截至2022年12月31日止年度：零)。
於2023年，公司已逐漸從COVID-19疫情影響中恢復過來。根據其長期業務發展策略，公司從各個方面持續優化並提升自己的實力，包括臨牀水準，人才培訓，科研創新，學科建設，組織建設，供應鏈管理，產能擴張，信息化建設以及業務融合。此為後疫情時代的業務恢復和增長奠定基礎。在過去的一年，公司在這些方面也取得顯著的成效。
在輔助生殖業務方面，公司一直致力於提高公司生育治療的成功率、提升患者體驗及加強公司在ARS行業的市場口碑和影響力。在人才方面，通過招募和內部培養公司不斷壯大醫療團隊的實力；在科研方面，公司進一步加大對研發團隊及研究活動的投入，提高科研臨牀轉化，促進臨牀水平的提高；在專業方面，公司不斷髮展和加強特色專科，專科和專病，以加強公司在ARS方面的優勢；在運營管理方面，公司精細化運營和創新舉措並舉，提高醫院的經營管理效率；在業務擴張方面，公司擴大現有醫院的產能，把握行業發展潛力。
在信息化建設方面，集團已於集團的醫療設施網絡實施數字平台及專有客户關係管理系統，促進信息化智慧醫院的建設，實現患者管理、預約及支付流程的數字化，創造更加高效及愉快的就診體驗，提升整體醫院整體運營。該等舉措進一步強化了公司在大中華區和美國輔助生殖業務的領先優勢以及市場領導地位。
自2021年11月順利完成對四川錦欣西囡醫院(靜秀院區)的收購以來，公司繼續利用公司在ARS(作為公司的核心業務)方面的的優勢，拓展生育全週期的服務，包括備孕、IVF、產前、生產、產後及更年期等服務，讓公司能夠於未來實現可持續的高增長。集團已於2022年12月完成內部重組，使四川錦欣西囡醫院(靜秀院區)能夠進一步擴大其服務範圍(包括婦產兒科醫療服務)，並根據適用的中國法律提供涉及分子遺傳服務的醫療服務。
