贛鋒鋰業(01772.HK)擬與澳洲皮爾巴拉礦業合建鋰精煉廠
贛鋒鋰業(01772.HK)(002460.SZ)與澳洲鋰礦生產商皮爾巴拉礦業公司(Pilbara Minerals)發聲明,稱雙方考慮聯合開發年產3.2萬噸碳酸鋰當量的鋰精煉廠。
根據雙方簽署具約束力條款清單,可行性研究預計將於2025年第三季度完成。完成可行性研究後,雙方可選擇對該設施做出最終投資決定,並組建各自持股50%的合資企業。
聲明還稱,選址評估將重點關注新興電池材料中心,旨在實現各自業務的地理多元化,並確保有效滿足新興市場的鋰需求。皮爾巴拉礦業公司表示,潛在選址包括澳洲等多地。
